VIVIANA CHONG

Viviana graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Hons) in 2018 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in July 2022. Prior to law, she worked in a different industry with experience in organisations ranging from a unicorn startup to a multinational corporation. Viviana completed her practice training in shipping and international trade practice with one of Singapore’s largest law firms.

Viviana’s keen interest in private client work led her to join Sim Mong Teck & Partners as an Associate in March 2023. Viviana can converse in English, Malay and Mandarin, and she assists the firm’s partners in immigration matters for high-net- worth families seeking to attain Singapore citizenship and/or permanent residency status through the Global Investor Programme. She is also involved in assisting clients who are looking to establish family offices in Singapore through the relevant statutory tax incentive schemes.
