ALLI RUTHIRAPATHI

Ms Alli graduated from the University of London with an LLB (Hons) in 1991. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1992, and to the Singapore Bar in 1994. She has over 22 years of experience in real estate conveyancing and probate practice. Prior to joining legal practice, she gained considerable exposure in conveyancing and land registration while working at the Registry of Land Titles. Ms Alli was with Sim Mong Teck & Partners from 2003 to 2012 as a Senior Associate and she returned to the firm as Consultant in 2018.

Ms Alli holds a full time position as a Senior Lecturer with the Singapore University of Social Sciences. She is also a facilitator at the Singapore Institute of Legal Education for Real Estate Practice, Part B Singapore Bar Course.
