CHERRIE CHEW

Cherrie graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2019. She commenced her legal training at both a boutique firm specializing in complex family matters and a commercial litigation firm handling high-value disputes. Her meticulous approach to legal research and drafting allowed her to successfully manage high-stakes cases involving substantial financial claims.

Driven by a passion for real estate and family legacy planning, Cherrie transitioned into private client practice, an area of law that aligns well with her commitment to providing personalized and effective legal solutions.

After being admitted to the Singapore Bar in August 2024, Cherrie joined Sim Mong Teck & Partners as an Associate. She now focuses on assisting the firm’s deputy managing partner in handling conveyancing matters, wills, trusts, and probate, providing comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and corporate entities. Cherrie is known for her attention to detail, empathy, and ability to deliver practical solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Cherrie is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, enabling her to communicate and advise clients fluently in both languages. She is also conversant in French.
