Sim Mong Teck

Mr Subir Singh Panoo has been an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore since 1989. He is a general practitioner whose field of work encompasses divorce (including Shariah court matters), probate, criminal law, contract, tort and company law including medical malpractice suits among others. Apart from general practice, he also specialises in high end personal injury suits involving severely disabled and spinal injury patients and contentious contractual and company matters in the Supreme Court.

He is also a counsel for the Legal Aid Bureau where he acts for legally aided litigants in personal injury and malpractice suits.

Ms. Jacintha Pillay graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) in 1999 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in June 2000. She specialises in Family Legacy Planning, Trust Advisory, Conveyancing and Private Client advisory work. Alli Ruthirapathi

Consultant

Ms. Alli graduated from the University of London with an LLB(Hons) in 1991. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1992, and to the Singapore Bar in 1994. She had over 21 years of experience in conveyancing and probate practice and prior to joining legal practice, she gained considerable exposure in conveyancing and land registration while working at the Registry of Land Titles. Alli was with Sim Mong Teck & Partners from 2003 to 2012 and she rejoined the firm as Consultant in 2018.

Ms Alli holds a full time position as a Senior Lecturer with the Singapore University of Social Sciences. She is also the Deputy Subject Coordinator for the Real Estate Practice, Part B of the Singapore Bar Course.

Haryadi Hadi

Mr. Haryadi Hadi graduated from the University of Liverpool with an LLB (Hons) in 2006 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in July 2008. Serena Wong

Senior Associate

Serena graduated from the University of Manchester with an LLB (Hons) in 2012 and was called to the Singapore Bar in August 2014. She joined Sim Mong Teck & Partners in April 2018 and has been in the conveyancing industry for over 10 years. She advises clients on all aspects of real estate, property and conveyancing work including the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties, as well as, leases and mortgages. Serena also advises clients on banking matters.

Jolene Chia

Associate

Ms. Jolene Chia graduated from the University of Southampton with an LLB (Hons) in 2014 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in August 2016. She joined Sim Mong Teck & Partners in 2016 and specialises in advising clients on Family Legacy Planning as well as probate and administration matters. She also handles real estate conveyancing matters and assists the Managing Partner in advising clients on immigration matters involving application/renewal of Singapore Permanent Residence and Singapore Citizenship.

Chu Kok Tung Ronald

Associate

Ronald graduated from the University of Tasmania with an LLB (Hons) in 2015 and was called to the Singapore Bar in July 2018. He joined Sim Mong Teck & Partners in late 2018 and has since been assisting the managing partner of the firm in advising clients on immigration matters in 3 broad prospects; application of Singapore Permanent Residence through the Global Investor Programme and advising such clients on their applications for renewal of permanent residence and conversion to Singapore Citizenship. He also assists in advising clients on family office set up, family legacy planning and acting for clients in probate and administration matters.

In addition, Ronald has assisted the Managing Partner and Senior Partner on all aspects of real aspects, property and conveyancing work including sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties, leases and mortgages. He also has a keen interest in corporate matters, and has accordingly advised and undertaken work in these aforesaid areas.
